    We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items not eligible for return include:

Final sale items

Customized or tailored dirndls

Gift cards

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use

Reason for return

Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Please do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

  1. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
    We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt.
  2. Refunds
    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  1. Late or Missing Refunds
    If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If you received a defective or wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.

    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
